SNEAKER LIFE: Shoe Surgeon’s Special Field Air Jordan 1 Custom

Taking to the lab, a sneaker we revere at sneaker kingdom for its eminence and poise, the NIKE Air Jordan 1 silhouette. Sneaker customiser – Dominic Chambrone continues to raise the bar in barricading the sneaker specialist lane, with fresh and authentic custom designs, showcasing skills that spark a quest for elevation and going against the grain in the most daring ways.

For this throwdown, The Shoe Surgeon borrows inspiration from the Special Field NIKE Air Force 1’s. However, his craftsmanship sets these apart and places em in a separate lane altogether. One can safely assume that his motivation is; to always to come out butter and unequivocally leave the competition wondering what the distinct ingredient is.

Coming correct in brown Horween leather, played out on the toebox, the beloved NIKE swooshes, through to the heel & tongue patches that marry into a waxed faded brown canvas which comfortably takes ownership of the sides of the upper extending to the heel and collar areas. Brown suede continues the nifty look and adorns the tongue, while black rope laces brag about their visit. A white midsole with gum on the outsole flawlessly completes the look.

For those that follow the Shoe Surgeon, it’s no surprise that the Special Field Air Jordan 1 custom is one-of-one pairs that were made. Let’s cross our fingers and live in hope that NIKE does the right thing and collabo’s with the Shoe Surgeon to release some pairs of this iteration.

Lay your game down proper and push your sole heat up. Stay official in rare sneakers!!!
