Lali Ghost has been a artist hard at work for sometime now. Bubbling under the scene & getting ready to take his first steps into getting his music out & recognised he gives us a little offering on what his been working on since he last featured on the site as he presents his latest single “Bona”
He explaines to Kool Out that “The song is a hood anthem for Alexandra, the township I come from. The song was inspired by a t-shirt written “Made In Gomora”.
I asked the designer to create one for me and in return I wrote two verses about Gomora (Alexandra), which is my hometown. The song has a dance that resonates with it which we call the “Bum Jive” and as a result, it makes people dance while they rep their hood.
The war cry on the song, which is the bridge, is ” Gomora Soldier, boy” which becomes a chant for the people.”
The song is produced by: T.Mokwebo (DJ XQ) & is published by LX Cartel Entertainment.
